  We understand that plans change and you might not be able to attend a wine tasting you’ve bought a ticket for. If that’s the case, here’s what you need to know depending on when you cancel:

Over seven days before the day of the wine tasting

You can have a refund on your ticket. Please note that if you’ve booked online through Eventbrite, we are unable to refund Eventbrite’s booking fee. 

Less than seven days before the day of the wine tasting

We do not offer refunds less than seven days before the event, but you can transfer the value of the ticket to another wine tasting in the future or receive the value of your ticket (excluding Eventbrite’s booking fee, if you booked online) in credit to spend in Runner Duck.

Less than 48 hours before the event starts

We do apologise but we do not offer refunds, ticket transfers or credit for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event starts.

We understand that this may be frustrating, particularly if the reason you cannot attend is no fault of your own. However, it’s really difficult for us to fill spaces at such short notice. There are costs involved in running wine tastings, which we have already incurred by this point.

You are welcome to give or sell your ticket to someone else who can attend.
