Runner Duck is available for private hire for parties and events. We are only a little venue, best suited to groups of 20 - 30 people. We can provide party-friendly versions of our deli boards, an in-house sound system to accommodate either a DJ or your own playlists, and a fully stocked bar. The only thing we don’t have is draught beer, so if that’s something that’s important to you and your guests then we’re probably not the venue for you (although we do have some delicious, canned beer from Farm Yard Ales).

We don’t charge for daytime venue hire (event ends before 5pm). All we ask for is a £50 pre-payment that will be deducted from your final bill.

For evening events (starting or running after 5pm) a minimum spend will apply. This minimum spend will vary and is there to ensure we don’t lose out by closing to the public. In very exceptional circumstances, we will consider hiring out the venue on Friday and Saturday nights, however, please be aware than the costs involved in this will be considerably higher than other days of the week.
